Sheringham Shower Room Renovation
We were commissioned to update old stable cottage facilities to a luxurious contemporary bath and shower room with several home improvements including insulation, wifi and a utility room makeover. We advised on interior design, and project managed the whole process coordinating electricians, plasterers, tilers and decorators to ensure an exceptional standard of finish.
The project consisted of:
- Stripping back old units, tiles, plaster, floors and walls
- New stud walls
- Insulating the walls and ceiling
- New electrics, lighting, extractor fan
- Replastering
- Re-flooring
- New copper pipe throughout
- Relocating radiators – converted to wet heated towel rail
- New tiling, heated mirrors, recessed LED lighting, freestanding bath, floating toilet and vanity unit.
